I’m looking for a female roommate to share my townhouse near University Village. You get a private bedroom on second floor, double closet, use of main floor, internet & utilities included. Clean, tidy, chilled household - look for the same in a roomie. No smoking household, must like cats (1 in house, no others permitted).

Me - female in my 40’s; full time working professional. I spend my spare time hiking, travelling, painting and hanging out. I enjoy cooking and have an a few friends around for an occasional potluck dinner or BBQ in the summer.
