A private walk out entrance, and shared laundry. Parking is on the street. Heat, electric power, utilities, WIFI internet, and limited Telus TV are included in your share of costs of $550.00 per month. The owner has his own boxer dog it’s a very friendly. Depending on compatibility with owner’s dog another dog would be welcome. To be clear the rooms are unfurnished you need to provide your bed and everything that you need. Presently only the home owner and his lovable boxer dog are living in the home☺️. Location is at Airdrie.
