Hello, I’m looking for a serious, clean, student to rent a room to for a semester ( december 2019 or January 1st, 2020 to may 1st, 2020 ).

Pretty Sketchy no? only looking for female roomies!?! I’ve had both male and female roomates in the past, I got along with females. Annoying bathroom times yes, but, overall I’m used to them after growing up with sisters only. I’ve known Morgan, Jasmine, Mary, and others for 3 plus years at the local Starbucks, we can meet them for references if you want.

The apt has 10 foot ceilings ( the pictures don’t do the apt justice ), is down the street from Villa Maria Metro, about 300 metres ( 3 minute walk ). This metro has the 24 bus, the 103 and 162. These buses respectively travel to both Concordia campuses and Dawson and McGill. The metro is about 3 stops away from Lionel Groulx station where the green and orange lines are , every school in Montreal is easy to get to from the apartment. Also the apartment is situated close to the Monkland village where there is the Moksha Yoga Studio, a health food store, Starbucks, a Provigo and lots of restaurants.

Everything is included. High speed wifi, t.v, electricity. There is a laundry machine downstairs. The neighbors are quiet. I work full time and am out about 10 hours of the day. The one condition I insist on is dishes. You must wash dishes after you’ve eaten. That’s about it. Maybe help vacuum on occasion.

Your room is your room, I don’t care if it’s a mess ( no food lying around though), but the rest of the apartment, kitchen, living room, bathroom, must be constantly clean.

I see this apartment as ideal for a serious student. I have a huge desk for you, a queen sized bed, a closet, and a dresser of drawers.

I’m a clean cut, quiet guy, no drugs or alcohol, don’t party. I will be out most of the time except on weekends ( even then I’m out on saturdays).

1. Be clean. ( no dishes lying around )
2. your room is your room. It can be a mess. ( no food lying around though. )
3. Boyfriends can’t stay the night.
4. No serious mental illness. ( been there, done that ).
5. It’s a greeeeat place for the money.

About me: I’m boring. I work a lot. Interested in everything, consciousness studies, computers, politics, music, taught guitar for a long time. I’ll be at work most of the time. It’s ideal for someone who has to study a LOT, and needs a QUIET SPACE to do so.
