Easy access around the city, the Henday is right around the corner with a bus stop to Century Park just two blocks away. Save-On, Sobeys, Esso, McDs are a short drive away.

The flat itself is a two bedroom with balcony on the second floor. The master room is HUUUGE with a nice, big window and has an ensuite bathroom (with an actual bath), door from the bedroom to the balcony (if you partake in 🚬🍁 or just like outside in general). The kitchen is cozy, but lots of fridge and cupboard space. Shared, furnished common spaces so you just need your bedroom furniture and you’re ready to roll!

Parking is plentiful on the street, but there is an option to purchase a parking spot. There is also storage in the underground parkade (and plenty within your room). Tenants insurance is required.

$650 per month includes all utilities and internet.

Kimberly is an awesome human who I have loved living with for the past 18 months! I am sad to leave her but hoping to find her an equally awesome roomie! She is a quiet, non-smoker, not much of a partier who enjoys hanging out watching netflix, reading and loves plants and taking on various crafty projects. If you like plants or upcycling, you’ll get on like a house on fire!
