About the room
Located in the quiet residential area close to Lambton College, this fully renovated and furnished property features furnished bedrooms, common living, dining and entrance, and a spacious kitchen. This house has 2 1/2 bath that all tenants share. Owner lives onsite with 2 cats and due to common areas, is only available to female tenants. 2 tenants live at the house now, and max capacity is 4 tenants and owner. We welcome positive, responsible, and respectful college students or co-op/young professional women to apply. No shared rooms available. Move-in date is immediate. The rooms will be available until june or july 2020 as the house will be selling next summer.

Monthly Rent:
- $600 per month for room with double bed, desk and chair, large armoire
- $550 per month for room with single captains bed, desk and chair, small armoire

- No pets -Limit of 2 study friends at any given time, but study groups are encouraged to be done at the college due to a full house of students/professionals with varying time/work schedules.
- No overnight stay of guest (all guests must leave by 10pm)
- Common areas and kitchen are shared with other tenants and owner
About the roomies
I am 49 with 2 grown children and work full time. I have a 5 bdrm home and live near the college and always wanted to try renting rooms out to students or professionals. I have 2 girls living with me now from India, both so nice a d very quiet, sweet girls. One just arrived for her studies in sept and one will be returning to india in feb. The house is going on the market next summer so this is a short term rental and 1 month notice will be guaranteed, but if possible, more notice will be given.
