10a Street SW

I am lucky to have found an awesome, bright and open apartment located in the Beltline area. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to downtown and a 30 second walk to 17th ave. Currently, I am one of the the only renters in the apartment building (everyone else owns their suite), so it always feels safe and secure. The apartment itself is a 2 bedroom with a large open living area and a galley style kitchen. We have a brand new washer in the suite, but need to use coin laundry (in the building) for the dryer. Our kitchen appliances are all quite modern with an electric stove, dishwasher and microwave. You might be wondering why such a gem of an apartment is so cheap? The walls are all painted a light blue colour which doesn’t look super awesome in photos. Im hoping to do some painting over Christmas to give the suite the only face lift it needs… If I had a roomie who was interested in helping we could definitely put our stamp on the suite :)

I am a 22 year old marketing coordinator who works close to downtown. Right now I am super busy with work and finishing up a few University classes online, but when i’m not doing that I love being outside, shopping, and taking on creative projects. I am fairly new to Calgary, so it would be awesome to find a roommate with similar values and hopefully we could form a friendship! :)
