Looking for a roomate, preferably a student, to rent one bedroom that is half furnished. This is a stand alone townhouse which is fully furnished and has lots of parking. It is located 5 minutes away from UBCO and a 5 minute walk from the YMCA. Located right on a bus route, with stops right outside the front door. There is a 24/7 convenience store, Chinese food and Sub City Donair restaurant directly across the street. The townhouse consists of two separate patios, gas fire place, hot tub and two shared bathrooms. It is a 5 minute drive down to Costco and Save on. Utilities, appliances and wifi are all included.

This townhouse is shared with three other roommates, two of them being graduate students and one young working professional. Everybody is very easy going in the house and gets a long great. We are looking for another responsible roommate, who is tidy and has an easy going personality. No pets.
