One bedroom in a two bedroom apartment is available for rent for a maximum of 6 months. Our apartment has a spacious living, dinning and storage area. Our apartment has also large corner balcony. The rent includes hydro and internet. Parking is available for additional $50 (Outdoor) or $80 (basement garage).

We are both professionals, and gets home in the evening. We only spend Sundays in home. We highly value our privacy, and are looking for mature roommate. You must be a professional or graduate student.
