The room is clean, freshly painted, uncluttered, some furniture available if needed. The shared living room has furniture and a large screen TV. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. It’s ground level (not a basement), and has a fenced back yard. There are different room options.

I’m a single dad who shares parenting (50%) of a sweet 9 year-old boy and a [usually] sweet 13 year-old girl. We have activities in the late afternoon /evenings, and so often don’t get home until late. We have a 15 lb border terrier who waits all day for us. We have Saturday sports activities too. My son and I usually watch Hallmark movies on the weekend evenings when I have them (not kidding). Looking for a chill woman because I feel more comfortable with woman around my kids than a man.
