Teak Avenue

5 Teak Ave. Is a family home, with a massive back yard and lots of living space there is room for us to hanging out together and have our alone time as well.

I am searching for three room-mates I have no one living with me yet. My name is Alexandra (Alex) I am 22 years old I have lived in the Yukon for four years and absolutely love it. I Came up here on a road trip from Vancouver and near the end of the trip I decided I didn’t want to leave. So here I am four years later, just living life and eating tofu. I am a loveable free spirit and a high energy workaholic and I’m always ready to take on a new job or be someones new best friend. I am not known for my tidiness or organizational skills but I do enjoy the feeling of a clean and well lived in home. I think I am a lot of fun yet I still have expectation and guidelines for everyone (including myself) to follow. If I know everyone is pitching in for the greater good of the house then I feel more driven to do my own part too. I am creative and empathetic, I love being outdoors and winter is my favourite time of year minus the excessive darkness. I am very flexible but also require a routine, having rules and designated chores helps make sure all the house hold care gets done but also so that all the tasks don’t all fall onto one person or on to no one. I am amenable to switching chores and the routine as long as there is one everyone can commit to. I am incredibly busy but I do hope to establish a friendship of some kind with my new room-mates. I am looking forward to hearing from people and I am incredibly excited about moving into my new house and sharing it with some awesome individuals.
