I am seeking a male or female, whom ideally would preferably be a working adult to share my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom downtown apartment. The space being offered is 1 fully furnished, ( non furnished if you so choose) bedroom and your own separate bathroom. Furnishings include single bed, bedding, dresser and end table. Please note that you must love cats as I have 4, as well this is a very pet friendly building. Rent is fixed at $700.00 per month, which includes everything, except for your own groceries and coin laundry located on the first floor of the building. Please note this is not a room and board situation, strictly a roommate situation! Smoking is permitted outside of the building or on the balcony. The unit includes all furnishings and fully equipped kitchen for your use. No parties or drugs as this is a clean and respectable building.
