A little about myself: I am a single, white male , 40 years old into holistic medicine as a student, and work IT and other side jobs. I am very healthy mentally and physically, and am looking for the same in a room mate.

I am open to male AND female, student and/or working professional but you must pass both me and my landlord for permit t o rent the place because we want to make sure we get someone reliable.
