About the room
Hey there. I’ve got a vacant room in my 3-bedroom penthouse condo in the heart of Calgary.
It’s located at the intersection of 14th Ave SW and 5th St SW, three blocks from the city’s entertainment district, packed with more than 400 unique shops, restaurants and services – even a state-of-the-art public washroom, if you’re into that sort of thing.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, sheets, pillows and a dresser. The condo is also equipped with an in-suite laundry machine and dryer. The bathroom pictured is only shared between Tim and the prospective roommate, as I have a private half bathroom.
We also have an unused, reserved parking space. It would be yours if you have a vehicle at no extra cost.
About the roomies
I’m a 30-year old male software developer who works from home. I’m really into cooking, fitness, meditation and technology.
The other roommate, Tim, is a 30-year old male venture capital analyst. On the weekends he likes to read, play badminton with friends, and visit his family.
