Rue Saint-Urbain

I’m looking to find respectful, easy going roommates for furnished bedrooms. Ideally I would like someone a little independent but still social and friendly. We would be three in total. I’m a young professional male and have lived many people in the past. The apartment is a LARGE spacious 7 1/2 on the ground floor. In the heart of the plateau it is just steps from Mont Royal and St Urbain intersection. It’s got high ceilings and some old house charm. The back yard area is great to hang out in and entertain people. There’s laundry machines/dishwasher in the apartment and most kitchen tools needed are already here. Heat/Hydro would be included as well as internet and use of the shared house items (most) already here. The apartment is perfectly situated in the plateau near many local grocery stores and also a Provigo. It’s near a fantastic amount of restaurants. Jeanne-Mance park and the mountain is just a block away. It’s just up the street from the arts quarter and just steps from the excitement of St Laurent and Mont Royal avenue. The 55 bus is located just across the street and the 80, 535 (parc bus) is just on the other side of the park. It’s a 20min walk to McGill and 10min walk to Mont Royal Metro. By transit McGill is 10min, Concordia 20min and U de M is 25min. The rooms available are different sizes - one small with a loft bed (but still fits a dresser and desk without much difficulty) and the other large with a double bed. The small room is near the back of the apartment so it’s the most private and it still has it’s own window with lots of morning light. It’s perfect for someone who studies at school most of the time or in the apartment common space. The larger room is great for anything as it is with extra morning light, …behind the black out curtains.
