Looking for an amazing person to take over my part of a lease! Basement suite, fully furnished (with room for more if you have furniture, nothing wrong with a cozy house) in suite washer/dryer, dishwasher and a tiny popcorn machine. Utilities are hydro and wifi and can be anywhere from $50-$70 a month. Room can be partially furnished with queen bed if desired with a very large closet and space for extra furnishings. Lease to begin on Feb 1st but can move in as early as the 20th of Jan because I will be gone and rent will be paid for that duration. A block off the trendy Fraser St. You are blocks away from grocery stores, cafes, Earnest Icecream and MORE! Bus stop is a 5 minute walk away and only 10 minutes to Canada line. I am moving back to calgary mid January. I am a sales rep following her heart to the cold of Alberta. My Roomate Regan is a full time working professional who works 6-7 days a week. We don’t often have guests over but friends or family over for drinks and hangs are very cool. We like a clean house and respect each others spaces.
