Looking for a respectful awesome individual to share a fully furnished 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhouse in Black Mtn (Lynrick Rd) with 2 other amazing individuals working full-time. Rent includes all utilities, internet/ wifi , AC, washer/dryer, 2 shared bathrooms, 1 full bathroom with shower and 1 other bathroom without shower. Full access to kitchen (all stainless steel appliances), furnished livingroom with television. Bus route is a 2 min walk with UBCO closely accessible by transit. Roughly 30min drive up to the bottom of Big White’s Gem lake for skiing in the winter and biking in the summer.

Two working professionals that are very outgoing and respectful. I’m in my mid 20’s work out of town on a 2/2 shift so I’m only around for half of the month and am very active out in the community doing all the great activities that Okanagan Valley has to off. The other roomate is an avid road cyclist in the warmer months and works in the retail industry.
