Roma's room

I’m looking for a roommate for my condos spare room which comes fully furnished (double bed + dresser) and has a private bath. The monthly cost is $1400 all in (hydro, maintenance, internet, including access to building amenities such as gym, rooftop terrace/bbq etc.). Parking is available at an additional cost. The room itself has glass french doors and a window that faces the kitchen, which would ultimately be covered with roller blinds for privacy. The room is ideal for someone that travels a lot for work, as the space is light for storage.

My unit has en suite laundry, balcony, 55 inch flat screen TV (Netflix, Prime Video etc) and a Nespresso.

The building itself is located in St. Lawrence Market neighbourhood (Adelaide East & Sherbourne) with easy access to TTC and grocery stores (all less than a 5 min walk!)

I’m a laid back 30 something young professional female working in the city. I work a 9 - 5 but work from home about twice a week and visit my parents in the burbs usually every other weekend. I love to cook and I’m always down for good conversation but appreciate personal space as I hope you do as well :) As I own this unit, I would be sharing the condo space with my future roommate, residing in the master bedroom.

I’m looking to trial a roommate for 2 months, and if things workout, open to extending for a longer period.
