Hey! I’m living in a one-bedroom + den and would like to rent my den (Den has a door and wide windows–I’ll be taking the bedroom), starting as soon as possible. The place just got renovated, it’s super clean and fully furnished; you only need to bring your clothes (I have a single mattress for the den, but feel free to bring your own)! My furniture looks a bit different than the pictures, but I got everything brand-new a few months ago… There is a glass door between the den and the bedroom, I have curtains; look for “Solarium” in the floor plan.

• We have access to Shoppers and a convenience store through our parking space, it’s pretty awesome when it’s super cold outside and you don’t wanna dress up for a bag of chips!

I’m a young professional working in the tech industry (mon-fri, 9-5), looking for professionals or students who love living in a nice condo in the downtown area on budget; no gender preference, as long as you are clean, quiet, and respectful. The rent includes internet and insurance, we’re gonna share the hydro (there is a very good central heater in rooms and the living room).
