About the room
This is a top floor, 2 bedroom, bath and a half suite. The bedroom is private and fully furnished with your own television. The 1/2 bath is for your own personal use. You would have to shower in the main washroom. There is an apartment sized washer and dryer within the suite.
Parking is available within the complex for $90 a month. If you do not want to park in the complex, there is ample free parking on the street.
This is a great location with easy access to the University of Victoria and downtown.
The building is non-smoking.
You would be required to sign a 1 year lease.
No couples please.
About the roomies
I am a retired senior lady. I have 2 cats who are my babies so it is important for you to like animals. I am clean and easy going and would prefer someone likeminded.
