*work letter and two references , school acceptance letter

*rent includes Wi-Fi, parking, all utilities and laundry

Im in my 40’s I have two sons 24and 26 they moved out to Live in Toronto. I’m an easy going person and very clean. There is a brother and a sister students that living here that goes to Conestoga Doon College.
