I’m renting out my second bedroom in my bright, spacious apartment minutes from both Laurier and UW.

I am located close to a variety of bus routes, the LRT, and plenty of places to eat, shop, and study.

You can look forward to: air conditioning in the summer, free WiFi, your own closet, an underground parking spot, a dishwasher, and all inclusive utilities.

I am the only person living here, but please note that I have two cats, Alice and Lucy, who are both affectionate little sweethearts! They love people and are super friendly.

Overall, the kitties and I are clean and quiet, and will be very easy roommates to get along with!

You are free to come and go as you please, of course.

While your bedroom will not be furnished, the rest of the apartment is fully furnished and stocked, including dinnerware and cookware.

I’m a 29-year-old working professional (full time retail), with two cats. I love coffee, Maple Leafs hockey, and quiet nights in.

My hobbies include playing board games and video games, listening to music, and watching sports.

On my days off, I like to meal prep, clean and relax.
