About the roomies
My partner and I are leaving this unit so it would be a complete sublet until the end of April, or a lease take over if you were interested in staying longer, and you’d have the space to yourself! The landlords are a wonderful younger couple, very accessible and prompt to address any concerns that have come up thus far. We’ve been renting from them since April 2018. The neighbours keep to themselves, never had an issue and rarely even run into them but they’ve been nice when we have!
