Close to bus routes that will take you directly downtown and is located close to several grocery stores. Heat, hot water, electricity, and wifi all included. There is off street parking available if needed at no extra cost. Laundry machine and dryer available on site just outside the suite. Looking for a responsible roommate to share the space. The space comes semi-furnished, but your bedroom will be unfurnished.
