Jordan's room

Dear potential roommate,

We are excited to be welcoming a new addition to our house family! The room will be available as of February 1st but move-in date is flexible! The lease agreement is set to end at the END OF SEMESTER TWO, APRIL 30 2020. Here is a little about the space, the roommates and what we’re looking for:

The House: Located on Mount Pleasant Rd. between Eglinton and Lawrence, our two-storey house is warm and inviting. We like to keep a smoke and drug-free home that’s clean and welcoming to friends family and each other. The communal spaces are fully furnished, including kitchen items, appliances and is complete with a washer/dryer in our finished basement. The Internet and utilities are included in the rent amount. There is also a reliable (which is a relative term) TTC bus stop steps from the front door!

The Room: The room is cozy, medium-sized furnished with some odds and ends we’ve collected over the years! There is a small desk and chair, double bed, small set of drawers and a closet, plus shelving on the wall.

You: We’re excited to be welcoming someone new into our house family! We’re looking for a lovely lady in her mid-late twenties who is looking to cohabitate with some fun, likeminded women! We’re really looking for someone who is as excited about this opportunity as we are!

The roommates: The three of us have fairly busy lives but like to binge Netflix as we sip our $12 wine. I work in education, and the other two are studying and working in healthcare.
