It the master bedroom downstairs in the basement with a private bathroom shared laundry shared kitchen shared living room smoking is allowed but outside no drugs a few drinks is okay but no heavy drinkers all utilities and Wi-Fi included big backyard one parking stall in the back I do have a dog her name is violet she’s my service dog any more information please ask

I am semi-retired my background is military and law enforcement I do have PTSD which is under control I smoke but I don’t drink or do drugs I have Violet who is my service dog she’s very friendly compatible with cats and other animals anything else please ask
