It is a newly built 2019 home. It is newly furnished. I like to keep it tidy but cosy. Basement is also available for extra storage, study room or social room for roommates. The room is ideal for students and professionals. The rooms are furnished. big enough to fit extra table and chairs for student study. The house is 1 minute away from bus stop for number 15, 18, 20. Other routes number 16 available 4 minutes away. Close to Superstore, Walmart, KFC, Subway, McDonalds, Shoppers drug mart and small supermarket a minute away.The home has a porch, and garden is coming up in spring.
About the Roomies
I am a software professional living alone starting April 18. I got two rooms free out of three bedrooms. I plan to take the smallest bedroom and rent out the master bedroom and the medium bedroom. I have two bathrooms so enough to share among three people. I have spacious Kitchen and big basement with washer drier. free street parking. I speak English as first language, French and German.
