I have a good size room for rent, for April 1st. Right across from the ocean in stories beach. For a working individual,non drinker,non partier. I am 420 friendly. The rest of the unit is shared.. bathroom, kitchen, living room, laundry,a parking spot, wifi, hydro. If you want to live in a peaceful place, then this is the place for you. A small clean, friendly pet maybe considered,as I have a 1 yr old kitten.
