Mavis Rd/Derry Rd area.This is a quiet and clean location for females only. International students welcome. No male visitors or companions in the premises. The bedrooms are clean, fully renovated and fully furnished (bed frame, mattress, mattress topper, night table, desk, mirror and lamp). Free Wi Fi. Shared laundry, kitchen and bathrooms. We are steps to two major plazas (No Frills, Food Basics, Shoppers Drug Mart, etc.) and public transit. Minutes to Sheridan College (Mavis). $700/mo inclusive (hydro, heat, water) plus $200 damage deposit (fully returned if no damages occurred) required before move in.
Single occupancy. As kitchen facilities are shared, only light cooking is permitted. Absolutely no pets, no smoking.

We are all females and a property manager (male) that comes to the property to work on the finances and maintenance of the house. I live with my adult daughter in one section of the house.
