If you are a single professional, medical intern, graduate/Ph.D. student looking for your own quiet, cozy, comfortable and peaceful room where you can rest, relax and enjoy then this is for you. Your brand new upscale room in a legal basement apartment will give you safety, rest and have you ready for your job every day. All utilities and internet are included.

You will share an upscale furnished living area, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and laundry with 3 other professionals. Moreover, there are two full washrooms, two full bathrooms and two fridges with the latest amenities available among the four tenants.

Please note that this is a quiet, respectable neighborhood and due to shared accommodations, loud noise, partying, drugs, smoking, cannabis, alcohol, pets and overnight visitors are not allowed.

The price per room is $950.00. Parking is available at an extra charge.
