Located in Oakville Trafalgar, looking for one female tenant to occupy bedroom 3 (floorplan below)! Quiet and family-friendly building, 2-minute walk from the bus stop and local grocery store, clinic, restaurants. 5 minute walk from Sheridan college. You will get 2 other super clean and friendly roommates, we are smoke/drug free, and don’t allow pets!
Hydro, water, and wifi will be paid separately every month. ($30) Common areas furnished (with refrigerator, microwave, oven, 4-top stove, and 2 extra storage rooms). In-building fitness room and laundry rooms.
