Hello, I am looking for a mature, well-organized, and clean roommate. Someone who can take good care of the room and keep it clean, hygienic, and in good shape.

I wish to rent out one furnished master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet in my two-bedroom condo unit in a peaceful and quiet area. The place is ideal for students or mature professionals who prefer short term rent rather than a whole year lease. The lease term can be flexible. The room will be available in February 2020.

This well-maintained building is located in a great and safe area where you can enjoy outdoor exercise, walk along the Regatta point and Chocolate Lake.

We’ll be sharing a living room and kitchen as well as non-coined laundry (washer and dryer).

**Absolutely NO indoor smoking is allowed, please. Rent is all-inclusive. It includes electricity, hot water, heater, on-site laundry, and indoor parking spot (negotiable if you don’t need a parking spot).

On bus routes to Mumford terminal and downtown: 9a/9b, 14, 32, 25, and 415

Proximity to Mumford Terminal, Halifax Shopping Centre, grocery stores e.g. Sobey’s, Walmart, Wholesale, etc.

I am a quiet and clean person. I can be talkative sometimes but mostly reserved and introvert. Enjoy reading, watching youtube videos/series Enjoy going out for a walk and trying out food in new restaurants or cafes in the city.
