Cons: This is a character style home, the ceilings are low and this space isnt suitable for anyone over 5 foot 8 It can be a bit noisy during the daytime, not ideal for homebodies. The furnace can also be noisy as it is situated right in the middle of the basment.

Upper suite is occupied by small family, 2 elementary aged kids. Very laid back environment, most be okay with normal daytime activities going on upstairs. This includes music and sometimes kids walking around heavy footed.
