The space for rent includes a private bedroom and the shared spaces of a bathroom, kitchen, and living room. 95% of the home is furnished, just bring your own mattress and box spring to fit a double/twin sized bed frame. There is access to a washer and dryer. Basic utilities are included. No smoking or pot. No friends overnight. No friends for the duration of the pandemic actually. No parties.

Just me and my two cats! I’m a young professional female who is tidy, quiet and respectful. I’m the acting landlord of this property and looking for a roommate who is also respectful. Not looking for anybody with multiple animals, but may consider someone with one (1) cat should it get along with mine and be up to date on all shots.
