A roommate to live with us (a couple of women) in a two-bedroom apartment beginning Feb 1st. Must be tidy and conscientious, preferably a working, professional, woman. You will have your own bathroom. Parking and locker are available for extra fees every month. This condo is brand new, coming with gym, party room, rooftop deck/garden. Great downtown location: 1 minute walking to TTC, coffee shop, 3 minutes walking to the grocery store, shoppers. European style stainless steel appliances: fridge w/ mount freezer, b/i electric cooktop & wall oven, hood fan, dishwasher, microwave You will share hydro and internet fee with 2 of us, I’d say about $40-50/person/month. If you are interested, please tell us a little about yourself. And we will need to present your credit score and letter of employment with annual income to the landlord. We are super tidy and clean, and we hope you are the same. If you are not, please don’t bother applying because we won’t get along.

We are both very very very clean and friendly. I’m a working professional and she’s a master student who is going to graduate in May. We like watching movies, playing video games and listening to music.
