About the room
I’ve got a spare bedroom plus your very own bathroom in a Beltline condo.
The location is muy caliente. In 1 block radius, there’s a London drugs, GoodLife, Canadian tire, grocery store, Starbucks gas station. In 2 block there’s Best Buy, restaurants and bars. It’s downtown so very good public transportation. I have heated underground parking that I use but willing to give it away for 150.
Building is really secure and nice.
The condo is so spacious. I’m gonna decorate it well and generally keep it clean and tidy.
En-suite laundry, tons of storage, fireplace, bedrooms carpeted, kitchen living room hardwood.
About the roomies
Roommate is dope, works a lot but very fun and easygoing. Down to grab a brewski and talk smack about annoying people. Love cheesecake, love running. Love general good times!
