One furnished bedroom in Apartment for rent. The room has a large window, closet/wardrobe, adequate lighting, a queen-size bed.

Included: Wifi, heat, hot water, washer and dryer in the apartment. Shared bath. ( you will have your own private washroom) We are looking for a mature person that can keep the place clean and tidy, no drugs, or smoking. Sorry no pets, as we have one small pet already. References are a must. Rent is $900.00 all included. Room size is 13X10.5 very large, enough room for a desk and chest of drawers.

We are a quiet couple, love to cook and love the door doors. In the summer you’ll find us traveling all over and enjoy our beautiful BC. We love to travel the world and try to do two countries a year . Both of us are full time in our jobs and would like someone that offers the same.
