There is room available in sharing. Rent is 350 per month. Bills are not included. If u want a single room then it is 650 per month. The whole house has been rented by students from fanshawe. We have parking available for 3 cars. Newly built home. No problem of bugs. Laundry is in the house. All the stores( walmart, freshco, superstore, best buy) can be easily accessed. Bus stop at 1 minute walk. 10 minute bus to fanshawe south campus.

3 boys in the house. All from india. Non smokers non alcoholics. Friendly. Have a car can drop you sometimes if in hurry.
