I just bought and renovated a condo at 65 Southport and am looking for a roommate to move in anytime after next week. It’s 1000 sq. ft with all the amenities you could possibly want (pool, hottub, sauna, tennis, billiards, ping pong, free visitor parking, etc.). Its right on the streetcar line so very easy to get around and a 10 min walk to High Park and 5 min walk to the water. Its a 1.5 bath with ensuite laundry.
