About the room
My roommate has informed me that he will be moving back to his hometown as of April 1, 2020 and I am looking for a new roommate because we have an awesome/affordable apartment.
What I’m looking for
Young professional, gender doesn’t matter. I like a clean home, so that is important with a potential roommates. I like being social with a roommate but also respectful of each others personal space and time.
What the apartment has:
Located right DT, main floor apartment for easy entry, buzzer goes straight to cell phone, in-suite washer and dryer, dishwasher , newly renovated, on site gym and LOTS of storage. Lots of natural light. Bedrooms are large and have big closets. 5 minute walk to GO station. I have a cable hook up via streaming stick, some restrictions but can watch almost anything. Parking available at extra cost.
About the roomies
A little about me
I’m 36, a married gay male (my husband lives in the US) I travel to the states frequently and he visits for 4-5 days every 2 or 3 months. We travel frequently. We’ve just applied for his immigration which takes about a year. I have a full living room setup in my room and spend most my time home in there. Love sports and travel.
What the apartment needs:
I have all the kitchen supplies (plates, cookware etc), feel free to bring your own, there is a lot of cabinets space. The living room will need to be furnished, which I’m happy to get some pieces for or if you prefer to bring you own stuff that is fine as well. The artwork is mostly mine. Other than that, whatever you’d need for your room.

Non smoker only. Weed is cool occasionally
No heavy drug users or heavy drinkers.
No couples
Monthly Cost (each):
$885 Rent

First and Last month required for everything above since everything is in my name

Other notes:
You can get cable if you want it, the cost will be yours. Like I said, I have a hook up.
Super easy move in, on the main floor. Everything came through the window by temporarily removing screen. Everything except my bed and couch came through the window when moving in.
I love Christmas and like to put a tree up
