I’m subletting one fully furnished private bedroom in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite in a luxury student residence located in the heart of downtown Toronto for the summer term (May–August).

The suite will be shared with three other female students, so this rental is for female students only.

The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a comfortable shared living space. The bedroom is fully furnished, making it an easy move-in option for the summer. Pictures of the room included show how I currently have the room set up and decorated but of course I will remove all personal affects for your move in.

We are all female students going to U of T. One of my roommates is planning on going home for the summer so really, you’ll most likely be sharing the space with two others. We keep a pretty calm space and stay on top of a shared cleaning schedule so our apartment unit is always tidy, looking for someone who is happy to keep things that way!
