The bedroom is fully furnished and distant from other bedrooms in the apartment (closest to the entrance and down the hall from the two other bedrooms). The apartment has a renovated kitchen and fully furnished living room with multiple large comfy couches. It also has a balcony for those who would like to get some fresh air/smoke without having to leave the apartment. There are multiple bus stops by the entrance of the building going up and down Richmond St. (a 10 minute bus ride to Natural Science).

Me and my roommates will be leaving for the summer, and so all of the bedrooms are available to sublet. It is not guaranteed that other people will be subletting the other bedrooms. I sublet this bedroom last summer and it turned out that the other bedrooms were not rented. So, you could have a full 3 bedroom apartment to yourself for $580/month inclusive, which is a steal!
