About the room
The apartment is located next to Sherbrooke street west. There are many coffee shops, and good restaurants in this area. The Metro grocery store and the metro station (orange line) is all in a 3-5 minute walk from the apartment.
About the apartment: $600 may vary… depends on the hydro every two months. All the furniture you see in the apartment will be changed… these are older pictures.
-We have a balcony facing the street, as well as a fire escape in the back -The building is quiet/ non smoking
