Location is close to Mohawk college Stoney creek campus . Walking distance to all amenities. City bus if needed a minute walk away. Street parking if needed. Clean property well maintained outside from the condominium complex weekly maintenance crew. Private Bedroom is for one female person only with central air conditioning plus a mini fridge for personal drinks and snacks . No night quest. The shared accommodation areas in my home are all modem upgrades. Must be pet friendly (dog/cat) with no allergy issues there not hypoallergenic fur babies. Looking to share my home with a single female that’s a non smoker. Does not no recreational drugs or vaping, does not drink alcohol .Not a party person a respectfully quiet person .
