About the room
A large 4 ½ semi-basement in a very quiet building. The living room is large and completely separate from the kitchen which is also very big. I have completely furnished the apartment, including the room you’d be staying in! but if you have your own furniture for the bedroom, I wouldn’t mind emptying it out for you!This includes: heating, water, electricity, internet + a fully equipped kitchen. The building has a free exterior parking. There are cats in the apartment. The apartment is 15 mins from the Mcgill’s Mac campus by car and 45 mins by bus. It’s 12 mins from downtown Montreal and has a very central location. There are manyyyy cafes and restaurants on the same street as the apartment as well as a mall that is a 2 mins car drive away.
About the roomies
U1 student in Life sciences. I’ve been living alone for 2 years and am very responsible and neat. I’ve never missed a bill or been late for rent and I’m therefore looking for someone as responsible. I’m serious about my studies but I also love to go out and have fun, which is why I chose to live in an apartment not far from the city.
