We are looking to rent one bedroom in our house for $900/month all inclusive (Includes wireless internet). Laundry on site, parking in driveway, smoking out front or out back. The room is available Jan 29th 2020. Room is on the top floor, has large window, gets all the morning sun, has bigger closet, dresser with large mirror, night table, lounge sofa and single sized bed. Can provide double sized bed if preferred. House has a sauna, hot tub, exercise room, 2 BBQs, 1 common area living room and three bathrooms. All amenities across the street (Westwood Mall), bus stop at the corner, one 45 min bus ride to square one, one hour bus ride to downtown Toronto or 30 mins by car. Very close to Humber College, Pearson Air Port, Chrysler Brampton Assembly Plant, Woodbine Race Track, with quick access to all major highways (427, 401, 407, 410). Female or male is perfectly ok.
About the roomies
Your roommates would be three males in their mid 20’s – mid 30s (All Caucasian). We are organized and neat, we all work full time + hours and are very friendly and laid back.
