We are looking to rent the master bedroom in our house for $1100/month all inclusive (Includes wireless internet). Laundry on site parking in driveway, smoking out front or out back. The room is available Feb 26th 2020, has 4 piece private bathroom, walk in closet and is on the top floor. The room is furnished with queen bed, futon, desk and dresser. Or these items can be removed if you have your own items. The house has a sauna, hot tub, weight / exercise room, 1 common area living room and three bathrooms. All amenities across the street (Westwood Mall), bus stop one house down at the corner, bus terminal also across the street with access to the entire GTA. 45mins to square one, 1 hour to downtown Toronto, very close to Humber College, Chrysler Brampton Assembly Plant, Pearson Airport, Pratt & Whitney and quick access to all major highways (427, 401, 407, 410). Female or male is perfectly ok.
About the roomies
Your roommates would be three mid 20s to mid 30s year old males. (All Caucasian). We are organized and neat; we all work full time + hours and are very friendly and laid back.
