Saj's room

We are looking for a tenant for one of the 2 bedrooms posted on this ad. Great area as this house is located on Fanshawe Park and Hyde Park, many amenities are extremly close including Walmart, Tim Hortons and McDonalds. All amenities are within walking distance. The rent is all inclusive including internet and a parking spot. Room will have its seperate bathroom and living area will be shared with us. The rooms also have big windows and we also have a patio with BBQ grill. We are looking for a female professional adult to be sharing this space with. As for the bed and the dresser in those pictures they can also be included in the rental.

We are a young professional couple living with our beautiful cat. We are mostly busy with errands during the day.
