Two UOttawa Chinese students and 1 Filipina worker, in their 20s-early 30s, and the owner (a semi-retired Canadian gentleman in his late 50s) currently live in the house. Note: the housemates would prefer to have another housemate who is roughly in their same age group (19-early 30s).
