This apartment is perfect if you are looking for an affordable home right in the heart of the city. The apartment itself is very spacious with a huge balcony (as it is a corner unit). The bedroom is a lovely size with a big window to let sunlight in. The apartment building sits atop a small supermarket that remains open until 11pm and is also a 7 minute walk from both Loblaws and No Frills, as well as a 15 minute walk to Dundas Square. The building also has an awesome pool, sauna, and gym.

The roommate in which lives in the other bedroom of the unit is a 3rd year Architecture student at Ryerson. She is very artistically inclined and very laid back and easy going. As a team we like to ensure that we are taking care of the apartment, and that includes keeping the shared spaces (bathroom, living room, kitchen) clean. The room is available from June 1st - Sept 1st. :-)
