Bloor/Spadina (Annex Neighbourhood). Entrance to Spadina Subway Station, pretty much right next door (Kendal Ave entrance). Amazing location in a safe neighbourhood. Close to lots of bars, restaurants, 24hr grocery store (Metro), etc.

The bedroom is set up as a perfect study/work space and includes a double bed with storage, wardrobe, desk, chair, coat rack, 2 shelves and 1 rolling night stand. This is a large 2-bedroom/2-bathroom unit in a small 5 unit building. The unit features a standard balcony, a Juliette balcony, 1 bathroom with a standing shower (with side jets!), and 1 bathroom with a deep soaker Jacuzzi bath tub. Hardwood floors throughout main living area, and carpet in the bedrooms. Gas fireplace and gas stove. We have our own water heater in the unit, as well as a washer and dryer.

Included in the rent is all the utilities, paper towels, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, once a month housekeeping service, linens, towels and use of spices and shared condiments. This is the perfect place for students looking for a place for a semester or two. I do prefer short term rentals, but I am open to a longer term roomie if the fit is right.

I am a quiet, early 30s female who works 9-5 downtown. I enjoy relaxing at home and enjoying a somewhat quiet/peaceful environment during the work week. I like to occasionally have friends over on the weekend and maybe throw a get together once or twice a year. I’m very easy going and easy to get along with.
